La Fata Cellars brings an Italian-heritage wine experience to Old Town Temecula through a stylish tasting lounge, food plates, live music and private events. Vito and Anna La Fata began the project after a 2015 honeymoon, moved to Temecula in 2017 and planted an estate vineyard centered on Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. The Old Town lounge opened in 2024, and the brand joined the McClain Cellars family in 2025.
