Terms of Use
Effective September 24, 2026.
By using Temecula Pour or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the interactive features.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 to create an account. You are responsible for accurate information, keeping your credentials secure, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service or other people.
Wine and visit information
Temecula Pour is an independent informational guide, not a winery, tour operator, alcohol seller, or transportation provider. Listings, hours, prices, policies, availability, and accessibility details can change. Verify important details with the winery before traveling. If you drink, you are responsible for obeying age laws, drinking responsibly, and arranging safe transportation.
Independent guide and disclosures
A listing is not an endorsement, and a winery's name or trademark belongs to its owner. Temecula Pour is not affiliated with a winery unless a relationship is clearly disclosed. Any paid client relationship is identified on the site and does not permit control over community reviews.
Your reviews and other content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Temecula Pour a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute it for operating and promoting the service. You represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is truthful to the best of your knowledge.
Review integrity
Reviews must describe your genuine first-hand experience. Winery owners, employees, contractors, and their immediate family members may not review their own property. Do not submit a review in exchange for money, discounts, gifts, contest entries, or another incentive. Do not impersonate anyone, coordinate deceptive reviews, or post a review you know is false or misleading. The separate Review Guidelines are part of these terms.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not post unlawful, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, infringing, fraudulent, privacy-invasive, or malicious content; personal contact or financial information; spam; or software intended to damage or disrupt the service. Do not scrape at a harmful rate, bypass access controls, or misuse another person's account.
Moderation
We may review, label, edit for formatting, hide, or remove content and may restrict accounts when we reasonably believe these rules are violated. We are not required to publish every submission. Moderation decisions do not mean Temecula Pour endorses user content.
Intellectual property and complaints
The site's original design, text, branding, and software are protected by applicable law. If you believe material on the site infringes your rights, email liam@temeculapour.com with the work, the material's location, your contact information, and enough detail for us to investigate.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Temecula Pour disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the service, a winery visit, third-party content, or reliance on listing information. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, presented for renewed acceptance. California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes may be brought in courts located in Riverside County, California. Questions: liam@temeculapour.com.
