Briar Rose Winery is a small, adults-only property owned by Les and Dorian Linkogle. Its signature setting is a storybook cottage designed by Beldon Fields, giving the winery one of Temecula’s most distinctive visual identities. The roughly 2,400-case portfolio spans classic reds and aromatic whites as well as playful specialty releases. Reservations are recommended, animals and guests under 21 are not permitted, and private tastings can be arranged on closed weekdays.
